There HAS to be something more, doesn’t there?

Have you found times that you’ve asked yourself this question? That nagging feeling that there has to be something more.

Do you have a burning desire, a passion, something nudging you forward to possibly do something different with your life?

Perhaps you already have a business, but you KNOW there is something MORE that you should be doing that will take you to that next level within your life.

I want you to ask yourself how much time do you just put into YOU? People that enjoy long term success happen to be the most giving, but also know when they must work on themselves in order to be able TO give.

If you focus all of your energy on your business, your career, your clients and on your family, you are doing everyone a disservice. Please don’t get me wrong here, I’m not talking about being greedy. I’m talking about taking care of YOU so that YOU can show up your best for everyone that you love including yourself.

When was the last time you really took a good look at yourself? Are you being the best that you can be? Do you take time for you? Are you taking care of your health by eating right and exercising? See if you aren’t taking care of YOU, no one wins.

My challenge for you today is to show up fully for YOU. Take some time (and please do not use the excuse that I DON’T have time – I KNOW that you do!!!) and just do something really nice for yourself this weekend. Begin to think about ways that you can do this on a weekly basis. Your clients will love you for this. Your family will love you for this. You will attract new and vibrant energy and connections within your life. And, YOU will feel so good!

In the end you will find that there is something more… A much richer, more abundant life because you are living it by showing up fully in everything you do.
