If something you’d love me to include comes to you before your reading, simply reply to my email and share it — and once your reading arrives, you’re warmly welcome to one short clarifying question (a sentence or two). I want you to feel whole and complete.

• I’ll deliver your reading as a downloadable audio (or sometimes video) inside your account. Often sooner, but usual timeframe is within about 7–10 days. If it's longer, I will let you know, and I always send out an email letting you know when it's complete.
• I already have the question, concern, or theme you shared at checkout, thank you. But, if you ever need to refine it, just message our Success Team at [email protected] within 24 hours of booking.
• If you decide after the fact that you’d like to add on 24 hour Q & A support, or a Soul Visioning & Healing Session with 24 hour Q & A, just email us and we’ll get that added on for you!

Receiving Your Reading

A couple of gentle pointers for when your audio arrives.

• When your reading arrives, find a quiet, comfortable space where you can fully connect with what’s being shared. Debra’s readings often carry healing, gentle activations, and even deeper journaling guidance — so give yourself room to receive. Listening more than once often reveals new layers.
• If for any reason you don’t hear from us within the timeframe above, please just reach out, or check your spam or promotions folder, and add [email protected] to your contacts (in Gmail, drag our email to your Primary tab) so nothing slips by.
