My little corner of the world.
When I'm not guiding clients, teaching, or writing, you'll find me in my tiny, magical seaside town of Kingston, Washington โ a short ferry ride across the water from Seattle, on the Olympic Peninsula.
It's where I live with Eric โ my soul-mate and loving husband of 33+ years โ and our two beloved labs โ Zeus, our chocolate lab who is full of energy but is the best cuddler and healer on the planet, and our sweet, sweet girl Indi, who gives us so much joy and love.

Beach walks, garden & a little magic.
We love walking the beach, tending our garden, and co-creating with Mother Gaia โ growing food and flowers that nourish both body and soul. When the tide is low, you might find me collecting beautiful sea glass to turn into jewelry, or in my kitchen making candles, lotions, and potions.
No purpose is too big or too small โ each soul is a vital puzzle piece in humanity's collective awakening. Together, we co-create the change we wish to see, one embodied act of love at a time.
