Somewhere along the way, many of us picked up a quiet belief that if something is our true path, it should feel easy the whole way through. Beautiful soul, that simply is not true.

Hard does not mean wrong. Sometimes the road is just a little steeper for a season. Here is something I want you to hold close: right before a breakthrough, things often feel the most chaotic. You get close to the very thing you have been calling in, and suddenly everything seems to go sideways. This is the moment so many people stop, just short of the line.

I want you to recognize it for what it is. That is not a sign to quit. That is the chaos before the breakthrough. Keep going.

That trembling, uncertain feeling, the one where you want to throw up and you are thrilled all at once, often means something big is on its way. Breathe. Steady yourself in the center of it, like standing in the eye of the hurricane. Then take one more step. You are so much closer than it feels.

Let’s talk about something that trips up so many soul-led hearts. Receiving.

We are wonderful at giving. We give and give and give. But when it comes to receiving, to letting ourselves be paid for our gifts, to letting good things flow in, we shrink, we apologize, we hold back.

Here is a reframe I want you to hold close, beautiful soul. When someone pays you, that is their way of saying thank you. Thank you for the transformation. Thank you for holding this space. Money is not the opposite of sacred. It is simply energy, and it is the energy that lets you keep doing the work you love while caring for yourself and the people you love.

You are allowed to be well resourced. You are allowed to receive. The more you are open to receiving, the more you are able to give back. So soften your hands, open your heart, and practice saying two simple words to life: yes, thank you.

Here is something I have learned, beautiful soul. Fear rarely shows up announcing itself. It is far too clever for that. Instead, it wears a disguise.

It looks like “I am just too busy right now.” It looks like “I will start when things settle down.” It sounds like a very reasonable roadblock, a sudden wave of doubt, a tidy list of excuses that all seem so logical. Often, the closer you get to something that truly matters, the louder these voices become. That is not a coincidence. Your ego is trying to keep you small and safe, whispering, I have got you, stay here, do not go that direction.

I say this with so much love. Complaints and excuses are often fear wrapped up in a beautiful little bow. They feel like protection, but quietly, they hand your power away.
